Having grown up the son of two illustrators in rural Georgia, Austin brings a designer's eye for lighting and composition to his work. His passion for the arts began with painting, and grew to include photography, writing and eventually filmmaking.
Trained at the New York Film Academy and the USC School of Cinematic Arts, documentary style has always been a focus in both his personal and commercial work. An obsession with music has inspired dozens of music videos and short films. His work has screened internationally and domestically at festivals like SXSW, SIFF, NOFF and others. Austin currently lives in Seattle, WA.
